Awards at the training centre

Learning happens not only during the oficial programme but as well during free time. However, often such learning is left unnoticed. First in Europe, at the training cenre we offer unique opportunity for the participants of hosted events to recognise each other skills, noticed during the informa moments.

When participants of the event notice skills of others demonstrated during free time, they can nominate them for the “Supergood” rewards. Without waiting for the recognition from others, participants of the event can strive to achieve awards by collecting “Stepping Stones“.

Local community

Training centre “Daugirdiskes” cooperates with local organizations and people from our closiest environment. With such cooperation we want to offer new learning opportunities for the quests of the training center and offer opportunities for cultural exchange.
